With a Bachelors of Science degree in Movement and Sports Science, and a background as a personal trainer, Gary certified in massage in 2008. Myofascial Release is a profound therapy to help his clients break free from bodily pain and physical limitations, and has been the backbone of his therapy.
Gary combines MFR with
neuromuscular assessment (NKT), other manual and neuro therapies (Rockblades & pods, kinesiotaping, voodoo bands, stretching); neuro-frequency disks; and corrective movements.
NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) – NKT is a corrective movement system protocol, employing a system of precise muscle tests and has the ability to change the programming of the Motor Control Center. NKT has allowed Gary to become even more precise at finding and correcting the underlying cause of his clients' pain.
Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy (ANF) – ANF uses wearable technology that provides therapy for 72 hours. The discs consists of thin circular disc applied directly to the skin. They send neuro frequencies through the neurons in the body. The nervous system picks up these frequencies, starting a self-healing and self-regulating process. This helps clients with local and systemic inflammation, which is now known to be the cause many different types of pain and dysfunctions such as; digestive issues, mental, emotional, physical stress, lymphatic stagnation. It can also help with focus for studying, work, athletics, recovering from workouts, improving athletic performance, CO2 uptake, muscle growth, weight loss, and much much more.
Gary is always looking to become a more well rounded therapist and will continue his education throughout his career.

An Advanced Myofascial Release Approach™ Therapist, with a background in Structural Integration and movement, Lara initially found her specialty in the profoundly effective fascial-
structural therapy of Myofascial
Release. But there was more to learn about the body-mind-spirit...
Her fascination with fascia
began 25 years ago. After two decades of sports injuries, and years of pain, she had an "ah-ha"
moment! All those times she'd
fallen off her horses, skis, snowboard, and mountain bike, were not incidental.
With muscles of painful concrete, that no doctor could explain, myofascial release was the first relief she’d had in
years! Her healing journey eventually brought her to the
John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release™ (MFR).
After years as Myofascial Release therapist, Lara added Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training (BCST) to her tool bag (plus is currently training in the Upledger method of CST).
Mixing healing bodywork with her passion for movement – ah la Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, DNS Breathwork, Applied Functional Movement (GIFT FAFS), Foot and Gait (AiM), and more – she has no intention of stopping this fabulous learning journey. She continues to explore the body’s healing potential with an East-meets-West belief system.

She's taken more than 2000 hours in MFR, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Dermo-Neuro-Modulation (DNM), Myo-Skeletal Alignment, Structural-Visceral Manipulation, Neuromuscular Re-education, Energy Medicine, and Shamanism; along with anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, injury evaluation, and related coursework at UCLA Extension, which she blends with her love of movement and the outdoors, for a whole mind-body approach to healing and moving through life.
