With a Bachelors of Science degree in Movement and Sports Science from the University of La Verne, and a background as a personal trainer, Gary received his massage training from Hands on Healing Institute in 2008. He finds (MFR) Myofascial Release, in conjunction with (NKT) Neurokinetic Therapy, to be profound therapies that help his clients break free from bodily pain and physical limitations. Gary has more than 1000 hours in related healing techniques, such as Positional Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Structural-Visceral Manipulation, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, and Dermoneuro Modulation. In mid 2017 he also has begun the next chapter in his continuing education by taking Level 1&2 of Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy (ANF).
He is finding this new technology works extremely well as an adjunct to all of his prior education. Gary truly enjoys helping his clients figure out what is happening in their body. If they are in pain due to posture, exercise, injury, or emotional stresses he’s here to help figure it out. He loves learning and plans on continuing to find modalities and movement that helps his clients get the best treatment he can provide.

An Advanced Myofascial Release Approach™ Therapist, Lara trained with John F. Barnes, Lori Zeltwenger, and Frances Nicolais.
With a background in traditional massage and Structural Integration,
she found her specialty in the profoundly effective fascial-
structural therapy of Myofascial
Release. Her fascination with fascia
began 15 years ago. After two decades of sports injuries and years
of pain, she had an "ah-ha"
moment! All those times she'd
fallen off her horses, skis, snowboard, and mountain bike,
were not incidental. With muscles of
painful concrete, that no doctor could explain, myofascial release was the first relief she’d had in
years! Her Healing journey
eventually brought her John F. Barnes approach Myofascial Release™ (MFR). In addition to the Myofascial Release program, she is now completing a two-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Program (BCST). Mixing healing bodywork with her passion for movement (ah la Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, and more), she has no intention of stopping this fabulous learning journey. She continues to explore the body’s healing potential with a East-meets-West belief system. She's taken more than 1000 hours in MFR, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), DermoNeuro Modulation (DNM), Myo-Skeletal Alignment, Structural-Visceral Manipulation, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Re-education (PNF), Energy Medicine, and Shamanism; along with anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, injury evaluation, and related coursework at UCLA Extension, which she blends with her love of yoga, dance, and hiking, for a whole mind-body approach to healing and moving through life.
